Atlas · Burungnesia · trip recordsWe keep distance, protect habitat, respect communities, and let the bird set the terms of the encounter.
Distance · restraint · guide authorityOur routes are strengthened by guides and partners who know the landscape beyond a map pin.
Local guides · communities · continuityEthical birding policy
These are operational decisions, not decorative values.
We keep enough distance for feeding, nesting, and movement to continue naturally. A closer image is never more important than normal behavior.
Sound use is limited, guide-led, and avoided around nesting, stressed, rare, or repeatedly visited birds.
Trails, weather, breeding activity, and community rules can close an encounter. The guide has authority to stop or redirect.
Routes rely on local expertise, livelihoods, and permission. Useful observations return to the networks that help protect the place.
